Final Concept
Lucien Veyr is the Seneschal of Nocturne City and one of the highest-ranking members of the Sangreval Clan. As the city's chief enforcer, Lucien maintains order through fear, influence, and calculated brutality. His design combines aristocratic vampire aesthetics with cyberpunk corporate fashion to create a character that embodies authority, wealth, and control.
The visual direction draws inspiration from gothic nobility, luxury menswear, and cyberpunk corporate executives. I explored multiple costume iterations, hairstyles, and alternate outfits before settling on a white tailored suit accented with gold ceremonial chains, crimson detailing, and integrated cybernetic implants. The contrast between the pristine exterior and the darker materials hidden beneath reflects Lucien's dual nature as both a sophisticated aristocrat and a ruthless predator.
The final design incorporates subtle vampiric features, biomechanical augmentations, and Sangreval iconography to reinforce his status within the world of Neon Veil. Particular attention was given to silhouette design, material definition, and accessory details to ensure the character remained visually striking from a distance whilst retaining readability in close-up views.
